Our platform helps brands find and collaborate with influencers. We reserve the right to add, modify, or discontinue any feature without notice. You retain responsibility for compliance with applicable laws and regulations when using our services.

3. Your Account

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You are responsible for confidential account access.
• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Your account is for legitimate, lawful use only.

4. Payment Terms

• All subscription fees must be paid on time.
• Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• We may suspend or terminate services if payments are late.
• We may adjust fees with reasonable notice.

5. Content & Conduct

• You own the content you post, including influencer campaigns.
• Never upload or share illegal, infringing, or harmful content.
• We may remove content violating our policies or third-party rights.
• You must comply with all relevant advertising and influencer guidelines.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided “as is,” without warranties. We disclaim liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use.

7. Termination

• Either party may terminate with notice.
• We may suspend service for violations of these terms.
• All fees due remain your responsibility upon termination.
• Certain obligations survive termination.
